Headline : Boarded Up On Billionaire's Row: Images Show The Abandoned £350million Mansions On Luxury London Street
Caption : It's one of the most exclusive streets in the UK but a number of multi-million pound mansions have been left to rot on Billionaire's Row in North London.

There are 66 luxury houses on The Bishop's Avenue in Hampstead but some of them have been abandoned and left to crumble despite their astronomical price tag.

Some of these mansions have been untouched for years with many uninhabited since they were purchased in the 80s.

Nowadays a two-bedroom flat on the exclusive street will set you back around £3m while a detached mansion is on sale for £15m.

An investigation by British newspaper the Guardian in 2014 found that the row of mansions are collectively worth around £350million.

Many were bought for around £1m in the late 80s but some were never lived in and allowed to rot while others were barely used.

Currently many of the sites on the street have been converted in plush apartments and offices but a number of these crumbling mansions are boarded up and derelict.
