New York Police were aware of the obvious comedy potential when they helped catch a wayward piggy.
Amherst PD were tasked with reuniting a nearly 300-pound pig named Pork Chop with its owner on Monday (22 April).
They explained: "Police responded to an Amherst neighborhood to corral a pet pig that got out. A short time later officers located the owner and the pig was returned safely home. Yes...we get the humor!"
Onlooker Justin Cole told the Buffalo News: "It was causing some commotion."
Amherst PD said their favourite online comment was from Linda Stahelek, who wrote: "Did he go "wee wee wee" all the way home?" |
